Warranty Information

  • We offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all the products we sell.
    • Please note that the terms of the warranty may differ between manufacturers.
  • If you purchase window coverings from us and a repair is needed within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will gladly pick up the product(s) and reinstall the replacement product(s) for you.
  • For product(s) that were not purchased directly from us or are no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, there will be a charge of $125 for an in-home visit.
    • For locations beyond a 10-mile radius of our Placentia store, additional fees may apply for the in-home visit.
  • The cost of replacement and installation will vary depending on the specific requirements, and we will provide you with a quote accordingly.
    • You will be able to provide a description and upload photos of the issue on the next page.
  • Additional information you may want to provide to help us locate your job order:
    • Month/Year of original order, if known
    • Last name(s) the order might be listed under.
    • Type of window covering, and its rough measurements (width an height).
    • Room in which the item is located.
    • Photo(s) of the issue.
  • It is important to note that if the manufacturer of the product is no longer in operation or if we are not an authorized dealer for that brand, we may not be able to offer repairs. This is due to our inability to source the exact original parts used by the manufacturer.
