White’s Draperies and more is a family business started in 1951. We feel that service is the one thing in business that can not be bought and resold; you either have it or you don’t. We provide the customer with the knowledge they need to make an informed decision for the best product(s) for their window covering / decorating needs. We sell quality window covering products which include draperies, valances, sheers, shutters, blinds and more. We also offer coordinating bedspreads, pillows, and outdoor treatments.
This job requires the ability to communicate effectively with people in their selection of window covering products, phone skills to schedule appointments and sewing skills (a commercial sewing machine is used).
Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma or Equivalency
- Prior experience with sewing and sales
- Competent verbal, math, computer and communication skills
- Good phone manners & people skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize and detail orientated
Hours:
Part Time Tuesday – Friday 2-5:00 every Saturday 10-2
Wage:
DOE, depends on experience
